These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DoomLabs.co ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

No Guarantees or Promises

DoomLabs.co makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

  • Financial Outcomes: DoomLabs.co does not guarantee any profits, financial gains, or other business opportunities from the use of the Platform. All transactions, investments, or purchases made through the Platform are undertaken at your own risk.

  • Success or Growth of Content: DoomLabs.co does not guarantee the success, exposure, or growth of any content submitted to the Platform. The outcome of your engagement with the Platform is solely your responsibility.

  • Exhibitions or Opportunities: Participation in curated exhibitions, collaborations, or any promotional opportunities is not guaranteed. DoomLabs.co reserves the right to decide what content is featured and when.

Content Submission and Usage Rights

  • Ownership of Content: You retain full ownership of any Content you submit to the Platform. DoomLabs.co does not claim ownership of your Content.

  • License to Display and Promote Content: By submitting Content to DoomLabs.co, you grant DoomLabs.co a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your Content solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining your profile page on the Platform, and for promotional activities related to DoomLabs.co (such as showcasing your work on social media, newsletters, or promotional materials related to the Platform).

This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and promoting the Platform. Your Content will not be used for any other purpose without your prior written consent.

At-Will Use and Removal of Profile Pages

  • At-Will Use: Your use of the Platform is entirely at will. DoomLabs.co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including user profile pages, at any time and without prior notice or liability.

  • Removal of Profile Pages: DoomLabs.co has the right, at its sole discretion, to remove your profile page and any associated Content at any time and for any reason, without notice or explanation. DoomLabs.co will not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the removal of your profile page.

Service Interruptions and Outages

DoomLabs.co does not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform. The Platform may be subject to downtime, outages, or technical difficulties, including but not limited to maintenance, server failures, or issues beyond our control. DoomLabs.co will not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

You acknowledge and agree that DoomLabs.co is not responsible for any such outages or service disruptions and that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoomLabs.co and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of profits, content, or business opportunities, or any outages, interruptions, or technical failures affecting the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoomLabs.co and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including your submission of Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by DoomLabs.co or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without prior written consent from DoomLabs.co, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Content Responsibility for Artists' Profile Pages

DoomLabs.co is not responsible for the content uploaded or displayed on artists' profile pages. The content presented on each artist's profile is solely determined by the artist themselves. DoomLabs.co does not monitor, review, or endorse the content uploaded by users to their profile pages. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that any content you encounter on artists' profile pages is the responsibility of the individual artist, and DoomLabs.co is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of such content.

Investment and Project Presentation

DoomLabs.co may invest in and present certain projects within the ecosystem to the community. However, any such investment or presentation does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of the project. DoomLabs.co does not guarantee the success, profitability, or outcomes of any project featured on the Platform, and is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences that may arise from engagement with these projects.

Visitors and users of the Platform are encouraged to conduct their own research and exercise due diligence before making any decisions or investments related to the projects presented by DoomLabs.co. Any actions taken in connection with these projects are at the user's own risk.

Age Requirement

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you must not access or use the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wisconsin.

Modification of Terms

DoomLabs.co reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Such changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes will indicate your acceptance of the new Terms.
